Great customer service and friendly staff. Did not try to sell me anything extra. Car return at Boise was quick and easy. Wish other Enterprise locations were like this one.

Great customer service. Got upgraded to a larger car no charge. The check in and drop off were very fast. The rental lot was closely located to the terminal. My experience with the vehicle was very satisfactory. This may be my go to rental car company!

The front bumper section of the car was coming off and when we asked for a diferent car we were refused and told none were available. The car smelled of beer and or spoiled milk and ran like crap in hot weather...it was from 90-105 degrees during the week we rented the car. I guess you get what you pay for...low rent is still just LOW RENT....

So easy working with Boise airport Enterprise Rental cars. The customer service was top shelf. Knew all of my choices etc. Very pleased.

Reserved online, picked up at the airport to take a road trip to California. Pick up was easy, return was easy. Vehicle was acceptable, but the miles were pretty high. Problem with the pickup was the car was not clean. There was chocolate left on the passenger seat and smudge or residue on the passenger door handle. You have to clean the car before you rent it. Seems basic to me. I've used Enterprise more often than not in the past, and I'm a member, but I'll think twice next time.

The service was great and the car was fantastic. When I arrived there were 2 people there to greet my husband and I. The gentleman gave us options for cars and I said the one with the best gas mileage. Boy did he deliver! We only fueled up 3 times all times under $30 each! And we went from Boise to Denver. Definitely going to use Enterprise every trip!
