Great service. Loved the Car. Easy pick up and drop off experience. Will be doing it again. FYI if you are leaving your own car at the return lot while you travel, you can not leave it at the airport locations. The main headquarters mislead me on that little piece of information. Duh.

So disappointed. I've had nothing but trouble trying to rent a truck with these guys. After not being able to get a truck rented a couple weeks ago because they had rented them all to a large company (save the one truck still in the fleet that had expired tags!), I was told we could rent one the following week. I made a reservation online on June 5th (and received the reservation confirmation via email). On June 8th (the day we were to pick up the truck), I get a call from them stating that they didn't have a truck available... read more

The ease of getting to the car and returning was excellent. My issue was that I had reserved a car from 5/26-5/30 but my flight was cancelled from Den to Boi. I called to change the date and the price changed from 150.+ to over 200. for 1 less day???? Made no sense to me and was basically told that's how it is........really?

Have been an Enterprise member now going on two years & travel for business at least one week out of every month during the year. I used to be a rate shopper going with any company that happened to be the cheapest as I use rental cars in 8 different states. I use Enterprise exclusively now regardless of the cost (which they are always closest anyway) based on their friendly service staff & wonderful condition of every car that I have rented. Used Enterprise all the time up until now. Last week I left a $2,000 Dj mixer in the back of a black Yukon In a large pelican case. It crossed my mind late in the evening so I went back first thing in the morning thinking that they would put it in the lost and found. When I went back they informed me that nothing was left in it... Or that they didn't see anything. They said maybe it was left in the car and sent out with another customer. Could not have been happier with our whole experience renting from Enterprise in Boise. The service when we arrived to pick up our car was incredibly fast. The rate was exceptional too. We'll be using Enterprise for our next rental.

Very simple reservation process online- quick and professional at counter- got the keys and off I went. When done with rental , dropped car off at airport in 5 minutes and was done- no waiting or anything. EASY! Thanks, Enterprise.

Enterprise never disappoints when it comes to rental cars. Been renting with enterprise for almost 4 years, and not once have they disappointed. Cars are in good shape and very comfortable. The staff is always friendly and their checkin is very fast. Recommend Enterprise to anybody.
