great service. The fill up service price is better than most gas stations prices, unless you know where to look (Costco).

I reserved a full-sized car for pick-up at the Boise airport. They didn't have a car in that class available and offered a free upgrade or an upgrade to premium for a small additional daily rate. I chose the free upgrade. After driving it home to load bags, I found I didn't like it at all (Jeep Compass). I returned it right away and exchanged it for the premium class. Absolutely the finest car rental experience ever. I reserved a full size call, but wanted XM and Navigation. Because I am a Plus member, and would be traveling in the snow, I got a free upgrade to a BMW X5 AWD SUV. What a fantastic ride! I drove this with my family in the snow the 1600 mile round trip to Las Vegas and back, and it never once gave me a white knuckle feeling in the worst of conditions. The return could not have been easier unless they were to have let me keep the car.

We reserved a Tahoe in July for a rental on 9/17. When we arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes while the Tahoe was "getting ready". Then, they said they had one, but it was going in for recall work and never bothered to have a second one available. We were given a choice of a smaller SUV (not possible for 6 people) or a minivan. I absolutely hate minivans. Friendly, helpful, Excellent Customer Service at the counter and in the lot for both pick up and return. Caring, humorous employees. Enjoyed the 2016 Ford Escape so much on a 1400 mile drive in two days.
