The Enterprise team at the Boise airport is always a pleasure to do rent with. I travel to Boise on business about a half a dozen times a year. They are located on-site at the airport which makes the rental car pick-ups and drop offs always smooth, and they couldn't make it any easier. Customer service is consistently great and the cars are new and clean.
Rental car pick up and return was smooth. Only issue was that at pick up, we asked if we could pay with a debit card when we returned the car, not the credit card we had on file. We ended up getting charged on the credit card. The manager was nice, and apologized for the mistake telling us it was out of convenience for travelers as to why they charge the card on file unless specified. The Boise Airport experience was flawless! No need to take a shuttle to a distant rent-a-car location. Check-in was fast and friendly. Although I was given the wrong stall number, I was able to quickly find my car based on its description given by the agent and by pressing the key fob. The gas pre-purchase option was a great deal and avoided the stress of trying to find a nearby gas station in a strange city. Finally, the return was quick and friendly. Great job!

I've always enjoyed the service provided by the Boise Airport Enterprise Desk as it is always friendly, accommodating, and upgrade friendly! The young lady (moved from Salt Lake to Boise) who assisted me on 13 Feb was extremely courteous and helpful, a pleasant encounter needed after a delayed flight.
I requested a small SUV with all wheel drive and a ski rack for our winter vacation in the mountain valley north of Boise. Because another company once promised the same combo but actually gave us a car without all wheel drive, resulting in us getting stuck at night and hitchhiking in sub freezing temperatures for help, I called the Boise Airport Branch of Enterprise to make absolutely sure the car would have 4 wheel drive. Car for 2 weeks in Id, Great people to deal with, how ever receive an e-mail saying I was being charged $1700.00 for the rental, called they worked it out and got a great deal for the car, however my credit card was charged and they closed the account, the. money was to be sent back in which my statement shows but my account has still been closed, Have to work with credit card company, Begining to be a hassle, Still mistakes happen and I know this but have rented from Enterprise for years, this is the first time anything lik... read more
