I almost exclusive use this company. They have been personable, efficient, and pleasant. I have been able to make my reservation on line and get a car I enjoy driving when I go to pick it up. I tried a couple of other companies recently, the the experience with them made me even more happy with Enterprise.

ALWAYS the cleanest rental cars inside and out, and incredibly friendly service agents. I've NEVER had a bad experience with enterprise in Boise, Idaho and have rented well over 50 times from them. Outstanding/reasonable pricing and the newest cleanest automobiles around.

I have been renting from Enterprise for over 10 years through my job in upstate NY, and now in Boise, ID. I also rent personally here through the Newton, MA office. Every customer service representative that I have dealt with is always professional, patient and helpful. I have always gotten a great selection of cars whether compact, standard or full size. I would not use another company.

sERVICE WAS GOOD. Rented a full size car, received an Impala. Taking it on a road trip and brought cd's tO play. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT CAR HAD NO CD PLAYER!!!. aLSO RADIO WAS VERY HARD YO CHANGE STATIONS WHEN TRAVELING 80 MILES PER HOUR

I have rented cars from all of the major car rental agencies from the budgets to the high end agencies. Overall, Enterprise has been great to work with, easy to use their online reservations to reserve a car, and a decent selection of rental vehicles. I always check enterprise first for my rental car options where ever I travel. Sometimes I do go to places where enterprise is not available but that is a rare situation. Thanks enterprise.

We arrived late at night (tired). The options for additional insurance were higher than the car itself by $20.00 a day. Then, the cost for xm radio was $25.00. When I asked how to find our hotel, they acted like it was a major inconvience (there was no one waiting for service). They finally looked on their phone and gave me a quick answer. Will use Hertz in the future.

I have always chosen enterprise, however the service at check in (at the Boise airport) was pressuring, confrontational and rude. Even after I brought it to Jimmy's attention he still continued on. It was weird and uncomfortable. There's others to choose from Jimmy.
