Flew in for a short weekend to close on my house. Device excellent and nice upgrade to quad an pickup. One way trip with easy drop off!
Loved the Chevy Malibu. It ran like a top. The ride was smooth and comfortable. The "auto-off" feature saved fuel and the environment. Service at the counter was quick and easy. The return took only moments. Great job, Enterprise.

They didn't have the car I reserved available so I was given a larger gas guzzling vehicle. I dropped the car off 3.5 hours early and was still charged the full time. The person said he checked the backseat for any of my belongings bUT I discoveredafter that an expensive name brand jacket was left behind. After multiple attempts to get a hold of the car rental location I have still been unsuccessful in speaking with anyone there or to locate my jacket.
I rented a car for my son's PROM a couple weeks ago and just got back from jackpot inn a luxury car I rented from enterprise , absolutely no complaints we enjoy doing business with them ,,:) we will be back soon thanks !!!! Five stars *****
It was nice to get an affordable upgrade to a luxury car. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pick up and return process was quick and easy.
Enterprise put me in a compact for a great rate last minute. They had a Chevy Trax, which I found to have surprisingly adequate room for a 6'3" tall 430lb man like myself. I was late picking up and they were fast and professional. When I found out my insurance carrier only provides liability coverage for the rental, Enterprise allowed me to add damage waiver for the remainder of my agreement. They were always really friendly and fast.
I have rented with Enterprise for the last 2 months and the check in and pick up are just amazing. I had no issues with them at all. LOVED both of the cars I received when renting. Amazing won't rent with anyone else. Also told my friends and they also switched rental companies too.
