I have always enjoyed renting from Enterprise. the cars are clean and well maintained, and dependable. There are two areas I feel you could improve. 1. The price of renting is all over the board and it is difficult to know if I am paying too much. 2. The last time I rented a pick up when I got to the airport they said they did not have one. They looked further and found that one had come in early. When I make a reservation I expect the vehicle to be there!

Professional, prompt, friendly and helpful. I always rent at Enterprise for their stellar service, and the Boise airport staff went above and beyond to assist me in choosing a car, providing directions, and offering the best rates around. Highly recommend.

I have always gone with enterprise this is the first time I have never been so upset. #1 I was in Boise for my sons's wedding we picked up the car at night so could not tell if the SUV was clean or not.# 2. the next day I had white pants on when I leaned over to put stuff in the back my pants were so dirty I then had to change.#3 the in side was never cleaned out cat hair or dog hair all over all the set's again my clothes and every one else 's were covered every one was upset. #4. I rented a car for a full week and I loved the experience. As someone under 25 they still made it very easy to get a car and pay without using a creditime card. The folks were polite, the car was in great condition. The only confusion I had was what to do when I dropped it off at the airport, I sat around for a while unsure what to do and waiting for a worker. Other than this it was a perfect experience and I'd highly recommend enterprise!

I haven't rented a car in a while. When we went into the airport to pick it up, the young man Drew, was knowledgeable and very helpful. When I returned the car, Drew was the person who I worked with again. He was polite, efficient and helpful. The car was easy to drive and suited our needs perfectly. We got a rental for our vacation to the Oregon coast so we wouldn't have to put all those miles on our own vehicles. Cost of vehicle was extremely reasonable. We did purchase the basic insurance just so if we had a cracked window I wouldn't have to put it on our insurance. The agent gave us a very nice upgrade which ended up fitting our needs much better and a free tank of gas. The service was good. The person helped with selecting the cats from available options. But have complaint about the car itself. It was a Chevy equinox. The car was not well maintained. The pick up of the car was very bad, felt like it's dragging itself and barely able to pull itself. Had a lot of trouble in mountain terrain where generally is a constant use of breaks and there was trouble with the breaks.
