I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. Somehow the psychics on their staff had again located an office where it would be convenient for me. Customer service by TK was both very pleasant and highly efficient. The provision for after hours return of the vehicle was easy to accomplish.
I was very disappointed from my experience with this local Enterprise car rental location (*************, ****). First, it took about ***** minutes to be picked up and to receive the car. I was expecting **** minutes. They already had all of my information, so why did it take so long? Poor service. Then the car we were given reeked of cigarette smoke when we received it, so I reported it that day and was told to return it to exchange for another car. I had an accident on Saturday, July 8th, 2023. My insurance set me up with enterprise car rental and I have been ping ponged between two locations that I feel that don't want to honor my reservation. The location that is near my house, the branch manager, ***********************, just literally didn't even try to help me at all. I rented an Infinity from Enterprise in April of 2023 in *******. The vehicle has a panoramic sunroof (which I also have in my Lin**ln). It was a warm Spring day, so my 7 year old grandson asked that I open the sunroof. The car had been sitting in the drive way for a few hours in the sun, so I thought it would was a great idea. I have rented a vehicle on debit card online on return ticket, and received the confirmation number. But when i went to thwir ****** branch in ********** they said we are not renting on Debit card. No coordination between their agents and reservation team unprofessional people.
Left me stranded for 16 hours trying to get a replacement vehicle because theirs threw a check engine light. Ruined 2 days of my vacation. Will never use them again
This was the 2nd rental company in 2 days that were just plain horrible. I called a location near me and went to reservations. The girl that answered spoke poor english. I asked her if she was the location I called and she said no I'm their call center. I booked a car through her and when I was on my way the location called and said they don't have any cars.
