Found a dirty diaper under the seat and a used rubber in the glove compartment after supposedly they just cleaned it

Denied a rental as my license has a break in it , it is valid and excepted at airports and by peace officers Why not enterprise , when talking with corporate they say that they are not to do that , i returned a rental yeasterday from same location they excepted it last few times without incident .. seems the salesman today has a problem accepting my license ????? i dont get it, this made things very difficult as i wasted time and energy getting to this location to be denied a rental the very next day

Received terrible customer service from a counter associate at Enterprise. I walked in to get a rental because my truck was getting serviced at the dodge dealership. Whenever they took my information down it had a do not rent note on their tablet saying I owed them $1300. I understand about not renting to a customer because of an outstanding balance but the issue was when the employee basically yells customer issues out to mutiple people while store is busy. Very embarrassing especially when there was a glitch in the system ... read more

Had no problems. ***** at the *********** location was very friendly and helpful. Rental process took less than ten minutes. Picked up the car when I needed it. Thanks again
