Remarkable value on renting a car from Enterprise. We received fast and friendly service and felt like we were appreciated as a customer! We have to agree with other reviewers that it was a very pleasant experience and an excellent vehicle.
Excellent service. Super easy to pick up and drop off. I didn't know they didn't accept cash as payment, but with the savings I received from being a USAA member I did not trip about going to the bank. I had a rental for 14 days and it was less than $600 which isn't bad considering what I saw from competitors pricing. I also got upgraded to a bigger and newer vehicle which was nice. Overall, great experience
Great Service, was really disappointed that a shuttle was needed from midway, but I doubt you have any control over that, miss the days when the rental was right inside the airport. However, the guys at drop off were very friendly and got me a cart so that I could bring all my luggage to the shuttle which was a god send when traveling with a 3 year old and my senior mother.
Great experience with Enterprise at Midway. Fast check-in, new car and courteous employees. A winner.
