Seven of us went on a family vacation and decided to rent 2 cars. My daughter rented with Dollar Rent-A-Car and I chose Enterprise because of my previous experience with them and because I was a rewards member. Upon arrival I advised the agent that I would be needing the car an extra day. My daughter did likewise. The Dollar Rent-A-Car people immediately offered her the weekly rate. Absolutely the best service I ever had. Will definitely use Enterprise again. They loaded my luggage into my car for me then helps me switch cars when I couldn't get the seat high enough in my first selection. Sean Duggan was especially helpful.

So much of hidden charges. And if you are booking a car on weekend then you are doomed. The only location where you can get the car is at airport. If you are booking car for a few days, enterprise might be a good option. But if you are booking a car for less than a day, I would highly recommend to go for zip car because it comes overall to be cheaper and hassle free.

As always, it's a pleasure renting from Enterprise at Midway. My only recommendation is to make sure each car has the velcro installed for the i-pass because I forgot to ask when I left and had to hold it up in the air as I drove on the tollways. Oops. I'll probably not forget again, but everything else was great!

Absolutely fantastic service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous, introduced themselves by name. While some friends were waiting for us to arrive, they even played a riddle game with the Enterprise staff to win us a free upgrade. Will always rent with Enterprise at Midway.

I have very infrequently rented from Enterprise in the past, but their holiday rates were much better than competitors, so I rented there. I was impressed by the customer service orientation - almost a personal care to a customer. That was something I wasn't used to. Overall, the rental experience was very positive, although the car itself looked a bit "worn" on the inside and had very uneven acceleration, which was annoying.

The staff was good however I rent cars all over the country and Enterprise as a whole is the only company that allows people to smoke in the car. It is a real shame as that ruins the experience.
