The personal attention to ensure you are confident with the auto before leaving the garage was outstanding! Only down side was the first car they offered, had a falling off front license plate which started things off a little down, but everything after that was really great!
I reserved a compact car but got a brand new Nissan Rogue SUV as they were completely out of anything but SUV's. It wasn't what I reserved but it was a great vehicle and everything went great. The gentleman who helped me with the return of the car was the nicest guy. I was impressed with how he handled the return and how nice he was. Enterprise is my favorite rental company for years!
It is rare that I'm impressed with customer service. Enterprise went beyond impressed; leaving me shocked with the breadth and effectiveness of their customer service. From the moment we got off the bus to the leaving of the lot, I interacted with no less than 5 staff members that were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I found the staff to be pleasant, however did not communicate well with one another. I was checked in on one floor, told to go to another floor for my vehicle, and when I got to the other floor they could not find my reservation. Then when they called down to the first floor they found they had a printout in front of them, not on their I-Pad. After they gave me 3 choices I chose a car I had not driven before, I even stated that- and after our walk around I was left to figure out how to operate a car without a key. I would ha... read more
People are terrific, system stinks. You have to check in downstairs, (10 people in line two CRS working at the counter) then you have to got upstairs to have a CRS walk you to a car to determine which vehicle you would like. Seems to be one extra step and a waist of time. On this occasion there was a traffic jam exiting the facility. The rental agency next door was completely full and could not take any additional cars,not blaming Enterprise for this,out of their control. I have been an Enterprise Plus Member for quite a few years, renting their cars exclusively I travel frequently in my business and have rented cars in Texas California Oregon Washington Arizona New Mexico and Alabama of all the places I have rented the agency at Chicago's Midway Airport has been the only one that was a disappointment from start to finish When my wife and I arrived to pick up the full size car we had reserved I requested the upgrade for Plus members I was told it would be an additional charge per day They sen... read more
