Martha was super and saved us time and money. We flew into midway and had to drive to Woodstock. Thanks to Martha's recommendations to add a I-Pass to our rental we saved a large amount of time going through the toll areas. While everyone on staff was polite, they weren't able to give me my usual discount, which cost me an additional $20. I paid way too much to rent the Nissan Leaf: over $300 for 6 days
Alexander 7-9-15 How do I start this off? The worst day renting from Enterprise. I reserved a full size car and all but two cars were available and the young man and the young lady at the up stairs counter tried to give me a hard time because I did not want either of the two that they had. Most If not all other car rental centers will give you a free upgrade when they run low or out of cars. But this crew wanted to push two midsize as full size. Good job Enterprise you have lost my business for life...
