Best rental car experience I have ever had. We were processed very quickly. We were offered cold water and my suitcase was carried to the car. The price for the week was great. I needed to call their office mid week due to a death in the family and a change of itinerary to attend memorial service. The staff were helpful and reassuring. The fee to drop off at a new location was easy to swallow. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Great service. A little confusion at checkin, but we were compensated. Only had one pickup truck available - a Dodge Ram 1500. Didn't care for the truck at all - no leg room, very uncomfortable seats (especially back seat). But we had no choice and lived with it. They should go to F-150's.

As always, a pleasure to rent from Enterprise. Check in fast and easy and return is a breeze. Wasn't crazy about the midsize Jeep Compass SUV. Far too underpowered and weak to be considered a Jeep but made the best of it. Also debit cards are not a problem with Enterprise. I ditched all my credit cards in 08 when the economy took a crap and have had no problem at Enterprise whatsoever.

The car I rented from the Phoenix airport was severely lacking tire pressure in the front left tire - it was less than half of the other three tires, as evidenced by the screen which displayed the tires' PSIs on the dashboard. The Enterprise employee started the car and must have seen this glaring problem, since it was hard to miss given the warning alerts, but we didn't notice until we got on the highway since we had been focused on escaping the maze that is the rental car hub. Overall it was fine. Although I felt like the representative was trying to sell me a more expensive rental which lasted more than a few minutes, I know he meant well. The three other ladies were more than polite and made sure I was satisfied with the service, which I was. The brakes on the truck were grinding a little bit but no big deal for me.

Enterprise is my go-to whenever we visit AZ. We typically rent in Phoenix and travel to see family in Tucson. Customer service is always top-shelf!

I've take the Wabash College golf team to the Phoenix area for the last twelve years. Every year I've used Enterprise. Why? Because they do a great job from beginning to end with their rental service. The people on hand are always accommodating to make sure you have a good experience. This last time was no different. I'll be back because of their dedicated service. Thank you Sky Harbor Enterprise.

Excellent customer service as always. Although there was a short line when we picked up the car, the agent dealt with us very promptly when it was our turn. We had a choice of brand when we were shown to the car and completed the pick up process in a very timely manner. When we returned the car, the agent was friendly and very efficient. Enterprise continues to be our preferred rental car company.

Great experience (PHX airport location). Pick up service was friendly, fast, and professional. Car was clean inside and out. Return service was also fast and friendly even though they had a high volume of customers. Would definitely recommend and will use again personally.
