Excellent Service A+. We upgraded to a larger vehicle(SUV) at a reasonable price. Check out was smooth as glass. The gas pre pay charge is nice. We brought the car back full ( or push it for running out of gas!) and the clerk quickly set up the refund on the gas charge and we were on the Bus back to PHX in minutes! A+ all the way!
I have never written a review before... for ANYTHING! However, these guys deserve some praise! The Enterprise @ Sky Harbor was more then exceptional! I have always rented from sites other then the airport due to the extra fees. But I have to say I had some UNUSUAL circumstances and these guys didn't blink an eye! Even made suggestions when I thought I had no options. I will definitely be using these guys as my number 1!!!
Not only does Enterprise have the lowest prices but the service is second to none. I never have a problem and I always feel like a valued customer. The Phoenix branch is the same as all of the other branches. They are courteous, friendly and very professional.
