The customer service is great when you are paying for a rental, but if you need a little help from them, the service isn't so great. After dropping off my rental during non-business hours, I mistakenly put my personal keys in the car instead of the rental keys. Unfortunately by that time I was not in the immediate vicinity. I have to say again and again...Enterprises makes it easy and trouble-free to pick up your rental. I love the personal assistance you get to get you started. This last time I could not figure out the syncing of my phone to the car...and they helped me sync up my phone. Love that personal touch.

As always, Enterprise service was fast, efficient, pleasant, and trouble-free. The service person determined that the car we were assigned was not ready to go out and immediately to us down the line to another--no hassle.

From the booking process to the rental car return, this location was a dream to deal with. I could not have asked for more courteous, prompt, helpful service. The cars I had hoped to get were all out, but they got me into something equally nice if not better within my rental range. Cannot recommend this Enterprise location strongly enough! This facility was great. They expedite the check-in process by assisting you to check in electronically. You're then provided a slip to go down a level to pick up your car. The process was quick & easy. The car was what we expected and the return process was also very quick. No hidden charges here.
