picked up the car at the sky harbor airport in phoenix and returned it to the 44th st. location i was having trouble finding my hotel and the whole crew at the 44th st. store really made we happpyby directing me to my hotel and manager lady said to wait a few minutes and we will drop you off.. very good impression. from now on I will pick my cars up at 44th st in phoenix

Car was dirty and in poor shape. Was charged twice for rental, in dispute. Only positive was the lady supervisor that tried to assist in the overbilling. She was more then understanding. Have used enterprise for years. Will have too reconsider using again.

Enterprise could not have been any better. Easily got on shuttle from airport to rental counter - attendants were great checking us in, great helping us get to our car and checking us out of the garage. Upon return, it took maybe 4 minutes to return the car. I will definitely use Enterprise for my next trip!!!

Car was fine and rate was good. Cars interior and upholstery could stand a cleaning though. Personnel were very nice although I did feel excess pressure to but optional insurance and CDW.

Checking in was fast and I was given a choice of different cars to pick from. When I returned the car, again, service was fast. All service people that I dealt with were friendly and very helpful.

Made a reservation to pick up a Dodge Challenger or similar vehicle at this location. After a 48 minute flight into Phoenix we waited over 20 minutes in line to get service. Finally, after getting the paperwork done we went down to pick up the vehicle. After about another 20-30 minutes a lady came to us and said she apologized for the wait that the sports cars take a little longer. I had a great experience at this location. I usually hate getting a car rental at an airport. This experience was much different. I pre-registered and my paperwork was ready to go. The wait was a little long, due to a few planes coming in at the same time, but Enterprise handled the situation with grace. I dealt with Asst. Mngr, Michael Lee, and he was WONDERFUL!! Check in was fast and the price's were reasonable. Yes they tried to sell extra's but never pushy. We were given a row of cars to select from which was nice it's better than having them pick a car for you. Check out was even faster no problems at all the associates are very professional.

WOW! Best car-renting experience I've ever had! From pickup through return, EVERY Enterprise employee at this location was friendly, courteous, upbeat, helpful, and proficient.
