Great service by all! Went to counter, asked to change from a 4 door to 2 door and they made the change easy and quick. At pickup area, associate gave my my pick of what I wanted and ensured I had all I needed. Drop off was quick and easy! Made this business trip a bit more fun and easy to handle.
Problems encountered with getting the car....to make a long story short, even though I had given the hotel where I wanted the car dropped off, I had to try 3 or 4 different phone numbers, because the hotel we were staying at "wasn't in their area". 3 hrs later I ended up taking a shuttle to the airport and getting a car from there. Total cost was more because of higher tax bracket. Airport Enterprise staff was friendly. Three hours after the time I initially said I wanted the car, I had one.
Enterprise missed on this one. I rent often from Enterprise but not at Phoenix before. Long lines at return - 12 customers waiting early Sunday evening and only one employee working the return lane. Five more in line at the "quick return" kiosk. Took about 20 minutes to return, more cars kept arriving, no one else came out to help. Second issue was damage on the car to be rented. Amazing service at the Phoenix Airport 10 Star (if that was available!) While so many people were waiting in line at other rental companies, we were able to use one of the 10 Kiosk available for Enterprise customers. Even those waiting in the Enterprise line were efficiently helped. They provided water to us as we found a car, and the quickness at return was so appreciated, the customer service was way above ones expectations. I will ONLY rent from Enterprise!
The service at the Phoenix Airport was great, from the time we picked up the car and brought it back. Plus the service that my husband who is physically challenged, was treated extremely well. I would definitely do business with Enterprise again.

We reserved a pickup truck for two weeks recently at the sky harbor airport. When we arrived there was a very kind man there went and picked one out for me and brought it back to me as my husband is physically challenged. Really great service. We had a great stay!
