Our booking was cancelled 20 minutes before pick up without any explanation or without offering any sort of alternative or assistance. They haven’t even tried to check whether close by branches would have an available car. If they haven’t took the booking in first place, we might have a chance to book with a decent car hire company. Having booked a van weeks in advance I received an email at 20.45 before an 08.00 pickup tomorrow saying no vans are available. I'm outraged and completely screwed, as I am moving from London to Manchester tomorrow. Livid and solutionless.

2nd time I've hired from Lewisham Enterprise now, and both times have been a great experience. I thought the first time I had just caught them on a good day, but 2nd time with different staff they're just as friendly and helpful. Emmanuel helped me checking out, and Nikolai helped me handing the vehicle back in. Exceptional customer service all round.
