It’s unfortunate that I’ve had to revise my previous rating but think it’s important ppl are aware of a scam to make more money from customers at this location. In my previous post I mentioned that I thought it was odd that unlike any other car hire garage you don’t get a ticket to exit after you’ve picked up your car but someone from enterprise has to let you out manually. I have been a customer of Enterprise for years now and hands down the team at Leeds Train station - in particular Jack and Gabrielle, have been the best I’ve come across. Not just professional and efficient but warm and friendly throughout which made picking up the car more a pleasure than a chore. The only feedback which I hope they will take on at the location is to give renters a ticket to exit as opposed to having the customer service person their to open the gate manually.
