The car we ordered and paid for in advance was not available at the scheduled time. We were given 25 minutes notice of this issue. The only car available at the scheduled time was completely unsuitable for our needs and was a complete waste of money. Never again.
Asked for a mwb van and got a swb , I was pressured into paying more for cover as they said any tiny mark anywhere would be £2000 and finally took it back with the same fuel and they charged me £70 for pre paid fuel. Sorry but the staff were nice to start and very very unhelpful after. Will never use them again.
