Excellent customer service and aftercare from Mark at the Bangor branch. Would definitely use again. 👍
poor communication, late car, unsuitable car. staff lacking in customer service skills. nearly 90 mins to process the hire due to IT issues yet no where to sit down, no refreshments, staff tried to avoid engaging with me or other customers.
Mark couldn't have done more for us, he really looked after us in our hour of need.
