I had the worst experience with enterprise car club. I have booked the car, and when I arrived at the location, the car ran out of battery and cannot be started. Their customer service line extremely difficult to get to, wasted my whole morning and missed an appointment. Their customer service promised to reimburse me with credits for the inconvenience caused, but that didn't happen and they never replied to my email enquiry. Most of their cars have minor scratches and damage. They require you to report them before driving, ... read more
