Rental was not available after I booked and purchased in advance. Wasted a trip to Cardiff to get this car and lost a day of vacation. Zero stars. Horrible.
When I hired a car, the car was provided late. Enterprise offered a small partial refund, which I was happy with. However, Enterprise never provided the partial refund. I have tried contacting Enterprise for 6 months using different channels and have not received a single response - highly unprofessional.
Do not rent from them. I rented a van that they claimed as brand new which has in fact sustained multiple damages. Still dealing with their damage recovery unit after 2 months.
