I tried to use it once. Booked my car. Found it on the day locked, with ECC staff unable to unlock it remotely. So had to give it up.

Hopeless - on the rare occasion a car is available, it gets pulled from service at short notice without explanation. I was luckily able to secure an alternative car with ECC in St Albans on the first occasion (though the charge card was missing!) but on the second and third occasion they suggested I use a car stationed in Hatfield, which is a bit pointless when I'd need a car to get there! Worst car company. Totally unreliable, rarely has cars available. the hire process is clunky. Customer service abominable. Use any other option available to you - or walk.

Absolutely diabolical we paid and secured a hire car for this weekend (21/03/25) on the Wednesday 19th March to go away with our children. They called the night before out of working hours to say the car would no longer be available calling at 6.30pm so qe couldn't get through to customer services or rearrange a new car. It now the morning of our trip away children sat waiting and still unable to get hold of them to sort a car or Try another company as all open at 8am. Dreadful experience - booked three times. First time the (electric) car was uncharged and they needed to swap me. When I came to return the car - the space was blocked. Next time the hire was cancelled on the morning and rebooked to something 8 miles away. I cancelled this and checked that the remaining reservation would be fine. Was assured it was.
