PA Kyle White is very informative, very pleasant and very gentle with medical procedures. The rest of the staff are also very prompt, efficient, pleasant and they also fully explain the step that they conduct. They work together like a well tuned machine. Kyle gives you well explained options because he really listens and cares about you. You always know what's next. My only complaint is that the air conditioning is drafty and too cold.
Kyle was very thorough and efficient. He was personable, made me feel comfortable throughout the examination and the cauterization procedure. He welcomed questions, and his explanations and instructions were clear and helpful.
