Disappointing service. I enquired about a mortgage and the business relationship person I spoke with initially was fantastic and gave a great first impression. They then put me in touch with a broker that has ghosted me and never been in touch, even if it was just to tell me they have looked into our circumstances and it’s not possible. Very rude.

The people at Enness are utterly incompetent, and I am genuinely amazed how they have managed to keep a job: 1. They missed deadlines which they set promised to keep and gave no communication 2. They made big obvious mistakes about the loan terms and when I called them out on this they fabricated a blatant lie to try and cover it up 3.
