Don't use enjoy travel to rent a car. They leave customers hanging, no one answers the phone and there is only one button that doesn't work properly. Not a serious company. Should be audited by the European Union for breaching consumer rights

Misleading. They offer cars at attractive prices but when checked with the actual car rental company, it shows that it's a smaller, cheaper car that is reserved. (Similar reviews like this on trustpilot) Also, customer service does not respond. Cancelled my reservation, still waiting for a refund. In short, as bad as it gets.

Es una vergüenza de compañía, se queda con tu dinero, y no te dan ni el coche de alquiler!!! Se mantiene a base de engañar esa empresa. It's a disgrace! They're scammers. They keep your money and don't give you the car.

Horrific company/site. Do not book rental cars on here unless you’re willing to risk being mislead and forced to pay hundreds in hidden charges.

SCAM. Don't book from here. Booked a van from here and went to Hertz to confirm my reservation. Found out it was a much cheaper and small car in different class. Went to Live Chat on Enjoytravel and waited for the agent to explain but she simply just cancelled my reservation without any apology. What a great service!
