I expected the letting process with Enigma /Grainger to be very challenging, given that it was done completely in remote. But it was highly clear and organized - Abigail and later Jessica were so available, patient and informative. Then the move in was super quick, Julia efficiently explained everything we needed to know and kindly replied any further questions we had afterwards. We got the apartment in great condition and very clean, we have all we need and happy to call it our near future home. Thank you team!
A big big NO to whoever decides to stay here. Their check out procedure seems more like a scam than reality. They provided us with a clogged bathroom stained freezer bottom which was addressed during check in but they ended up charging us for all of this. I feel like their proofs look like they have been picked from different houses or previous tenants. The staff are really helpful and go the extra mile with the social events that they put on. *Edit: We have had a poor experience with the unreasonable handling of deductions being made to our deposit after moving out. We have also heard from others who had similar issues Overall we still enjoyed our stay there and appreciate the efforts made by the reception staff.
