I have been blessed to have a few online kinesiology sessions with Shelagh during the lockdown period, which have really helped me work through a few challenges in a difficult personal situation. She is very calming and professional and I felt safe in her hands. Although working online, I felt the shifts just the same as I would face-to-face and releasing emotions and easing tension have enabled me to find ways to move forward positively. Thanks Shelagh!

I decided to go to Shelagh for help after having made many, many attempts with various doctors and therapists to clear a dry patch - eczema- from just under my right eye. It wasn't just that it looked bad but I actually felt that my eye was not fully comfortable in its socket. I can't praise Shelagh and kn enough I feel better with every session which is why I will keep going .If you've never been try it it's amazing how it works
