I recently sold my property with English Rose and can safely say i dont have a single complaint. They are great at communicating and always go outnof their way to help.
Recently purchased my first home though English Rose and have had great service throughout! Any questions I had during the process were taken seriously and answered fully which helped a lot, also usually got a response to any email within a few hours. Most of the time even quicker! There were no hidden costs (unlike other EAs charging for identity checks these days). All staff we interacted with were friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend and will probably be using them if I ever end up selling!
