I stayed here 2 nights and they double charged me. When I 1st called they said they would credit my card back a week later no credit I called back every day and talk to the GM and Director and they always say the are gone to fix it and call me back but never call me back! Will someone please call me back you both said you can see where it was double charged but no one is fixing it. PS If you all call me back and fix this I will remove the bad review.
I loved this place! Myself and family members were here for 3 days. We were here for medical assistance from UVA. I would definitely come back here and stay. The pool is incredible!!! The breakfast was amazing, and Nathaniel was very pleasant and helpful!
Very nice place with charm...friendly staff..nice breakfast....reasonably priced...clean...would stay there again.
I don't know what kind of beds they have but that was the best night sleep I've had in ages everyone was very friendly the room was very clean I would recommend it to anybody
We stayed here last night & it was great. Eve was very helpful & the breakfast was wonderful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!
I was here last night and again tonight. Love it� Staff is excellent, hot breakfast great. Would recommend to anyone!!!
