terrible service & rooms have BUGS.
They have bedbugs and when you complain or ask to be moved to a different room they kick you out and don't refund your money and make up lies.
this hotel has bed bugs and will kick a mother and her children out when they asked for a room with no bugs. and they refuse to refund her the money on nights in advance she already paid them for. they also hang up on you when you call and threaten you. horrible service and people.
They have bedbugs. They expect for you to deal with it instead of letting them know. They will kick you out as a result of your complaining with no refund.

wow get kicked out for requesting a room without bedbugs then tell them no refund.. not only is the manager extremely rude but thought changing the name would get people to stop posting negative reviews🤷🤷🤷 thought wrong!!
Worst hotel ever they have bed bugs and John at the front desk hung up. The manager refuses to tell anyone his name but yet watches the reviews and privately messages civilians asking to change their reviews
Poor customer service. Accepts money then kicks people out and refuses to refund the money. Bed bugs are all over the place.
