Disgusting front desk service and manager. They kicked out a mother and her child because the hotel has bed bugs & they asked for a new room or refund, they kicked both of them out to the street and now harassing them. If you’d like to be bitten up by bugs, harassed, and thrown out go ahead & stay here.
Worst hotel ever. They have bed bugs and when asked to move to another room they kicked us out and refused to refund us.
Nice Place to stay... nice size rooms. microwave and refrigerator in room also that's a plus for a Motorcoach Driver. 🥰
Stepping in to The English Inn is like a stepping into a Hallmark Christmas movie. Quiet and quaint. A delicious, hearty breakfast with staff full of southern hospitality. Tea and cookies are served everyday at 4:00. Tea and coffee are available all day. The front desk staff are accommodating, helpful (with great area recommendations) and so personable. This was a return stay for us. It did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!
