Jack and his miserable receptionist made our property buying experience in 2024 an absolute chore. Non-responsive and incredibly lazy. Really do not recommend.
An astonishingly poor experience from start to finish. Lack of urgency, lack of communication, and a complete absence of accountability. I would not trust this firm with a straightforward transaction, let alone anything complex. Avoid.
Richard was fantastic in his conveyancing for the sale of my flat - as a leasehold there were several complexities to navigate, but he was patient, professional and communicative, always keeping me up to date and helping me to achieve the sale smoothly.
I cannot recommend Mark Westwood enough for all the support he gave my partner and I in our first house purchase. We had some very tight deadlines and he did a remarkable job to get all the searches completed on time!
