As an update: I just spoke with the woman who answers the phone at the 855 # I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes. When she came back on she said I needed to get a work order because Engineered Air had already been here twice. Sorry, but it shouldn't matter how many times you have been out!! Until my system is in perfect working order you need to come out and do what is necessary as this is new construction and EA installed the AC system!!!

I've used Engineered Air 2xs now and have been very pleased w/ their service from sales, to installation, clean up, follow up and the performance of the installed equipment. I have referred them to 2 other friends for AC installations and plan on using them again myself for a condo I just purchased.
Not a good experience. No one returns calls. No explanation on repair of unit installed less than 2 yrs ago. In short poor customer service. Would not recommend them.

The dispatching was very sufficient. I knew when the tech would arrive. The tech arrived when he stated. I allowed the tech to attempt to correct the problem with air flow by the installation of doughnuts. I agreed to test this solution and report back. Unfortunately the problem is not solved. Air flow is still weak to the third bedroom and the use of a doughnut in the 2nd bedroom produces too much noise. The tech was polite and punctual. A few weeks before our new home warranty was to expire, our cleaning lady found green water stains in the air handler closet. We then contacted Engineered Air. Your technician, while very friendly, was concerned with the way your installation crew failed to properly insulate the refrigerant lines in the air handler closet. After an hour of wrapping the lines with black duct tape, the technician told us that he hoped the taping would prevent further condensation leaks. Overall great.
I purchased a brand new unit and all the trimmings in 2014 ..the pricing was perfect compared to other bids I received. The installer was super clean and focused. I have not had a single problem and my electric bill has come down substantially!!...i.e., $50/month in the summer. I highly recommend them
