we where always well pleased with the service that we have received from them. trusted them to do excellent work and was always pleased with the work that they did. only complaint is that they said that they are not longer doing follow up yearly maintenance work any more in this area and gave us a few names of other contractors that do work in this area. A part failed in my air handler (back in June) causing the coil to freeze up and not cool properly and Engineered Air imported the part and got my house cool again in one day. The technician was cordial, knowledgeable and did the job quickly. Thank you.

Your service has generally been good. But, I have had 2 bad experiences with your company. First in trying to get the filters for the additional return you installed with the new A/C you installed for me, I found out the mark up price you charged over your cost to be more than a reasonable profit. So i do not buy them from you any more. Second, when my A/C broke during the early evening, I found out that you truly do not have an Emergency service.
