My experience with the Engineered Air Technician who performed a 6 month maintenance on the Carrier AC I purchased fro EA was good. Although I am not able to get on the roof with him to watch what he does, I trust the integrity of the tech and am very satisfied with the maintenance procedure. He does cover all the AC bases. thank you.

Technician was on time and fixed the issue. Very nice technician.
The first appointment was messed up. I had first appointment in the morning and the scheduler had different time. I had cleared my schedule. Even with the inconvenience, the technician did not show until end of day the following afternoon given a five hour window. The service call was fine. I had a problem with scheduling the appointment.
They are always on time and very professional. I've had several techs over the years and they all have been polite, neat, and professional.
nice people good work, however i had technician measure our filters to order from office that was many months ago and never happened, would appreciate if that was done asap
