The technician was very professional. He came, serviced my air condition unit, explained what he did and left. I was pleased with the service.
Only because "0" stars is not an option. 5 service calls in one year on a new unit. Asked how to get a unit deemed "lemon" and was told "you should buy a service contract". I. Don't. Think. So. 24-hour emergency service is a farce. Buyer beware. Does not stand behind product.
My experience with the Engineered Air Technician who performed a 6 month maintenance on the Carrier AC I purchased fro EA was good. Although I am not able to get on the roof with him to watch what he does, I trust the integrity of the tech and am very satisfied with the maintenance procedure. He does cover all the AC bases. thank you.
