Three years ago, Engineered Air installed a Lennox System that was too big for my house but they made it fit anyway. The end result of this was that it caused major condensation to form on the Air Ducts and it ruined the Drywall Soffit below the Duct work and all the water caused mildew and mold to form inside the ceiling. I called and they came out twice and then blew me off. very professional, prompt, great service.
As an update: I just spoke with the woman who answers the phone at the 855 # I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes. When she came back on she said I needed to get a work order because Engineered Air had already been here twice. Sorry, but it shouldn't matter how many times you have been out!! Until my system is in perfect working order you need to come out and do what is necessary as this is new construction and EA installed the AC system!!!
