Three years ago, Engineered Air installed a Lennox System that was too big for my house but they made it fit anyway. The end result of this was that it caused major condensation to form on the Air Ducts and it ruined the Drywall Soffit below the Duct work and all the water caused mildew and mold to form inside the ceiling. I called and they came out twice and then blew me off. We are living in a new home, just moved in on January 4th. Engineered Air(EA) installed the new system. The system leaks. We have had the repair people out twice. The first person said it was the drain and that they have been having problems with the drains in this complex, so he tilted it to the proper level. The second guy came and he said it was the drain and wanted to tilt it back.
