I had my cambelt done in February 2024 and used ers on the recommendation of my MOT garage. Less than a year later this MOT discovered an oil leak which was through the engine and dripping all along under neath the length of the car. The leak was a result of very poor workmanship at ers. I have had to have a completely new cambelt, cam cover gasket and crank seal. The engine needed cleaning as there was oil everywhere. I would think twice before using this garage.
Has a 2018 Kuga auto into ERS at the start of this year. Was messed around by another garage who told me things like my turbo needed replacing and wanted to charge me £8k+. Took it to these guys at the recommendation of my local mechanic (doesn’t do autos himself) and they got me a fair price, told me how the turbo and other bits were working fine. Top prices for bottom quality workmanship. 1 star is too good for these cowboys. Had an oil and filter change on a Honda CRV last year. Undertray was fitted incorrectly which resulted in it partially coming off down the M6 had to pull over at Charnock Richard and clip back on temporarily. A return visit and it was fitted correctly. Oil filter has progressively come loose resulting in a nice big oil patch on my drive. Took two full turns to tighten it back up, absolute joke.
