My wife and I were looking for a very particular home in a very particular neighborhood and Kevin helped us achieve this in short order. His background in general construction was the key to us making informed decisions about each and every house we visited. He was able to tell us approximate costs of any potential renovations we were looking to do and factor that in to our overall budget. Leah made every step of the process so easy for us. And she knows EVERYBODY. At every open house or listing, and she also has the fastest and most efficient recommendations for inspections, flood insurance, lawyers, etc. She is hands down one of the most intelligent agents out there and we can not recommend her enough. She is extremely helpful, readily available at any hours for questions, and she helped us get our dream home! (At $100,000 under what it appraised for!!)
