Hiring Leah was simply the best move we made when we decided to sell our Long Beach Condo. Instead of choosing to go with the "big" broker in town, we decided to go with Leah as she took a personal interest in our sale, stayed 100% involved with our showings, negotiations and closing and, most importantly, sold our condo for $100K more than the "big" broker told us our home was worth. Kudos to Leah and some day (soon), I'm sure she'll be the "biggest" broker in town!

Leah is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!!! She is experienced and extremely knowledgeable. This is my second house that Leah helped me purchase.

Leah and her team took a tough property to sell and sold it! She takes all the hard work of home sales out of the seller's hands and will work extremely hard for you. There was a tenant living at my property when I was selling it, and Leah coordinated with the tenant times to show the apartment and open houses. I was a first time home buyer, so I needed a little extra hand holding. Leah was amazing through the entire process. She answered all of my many calls or called me back within minutes. Leah always made her self available in person to help with paper work and to review for the co-op board interview. Leah made what could have been a stressful process smooth, much easier, and enjoyable. I will use Leah for all of my future real estate needs.

My husband and I used Adam on 3 occasions both with private homes and an investment property. He was always professional and most important honest, he responded to our calls in a timely matter. He was able to negotiate the best possible deals both in selling our home and in buying a new one. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a broker/agent.

I found Adam to be reliable, honest, informative and well respected. Over-delivered and performed when other brokers played games. Can't recommend this guy enough. I don't think there's any broker I town that knows the area and the local RE market better.

Sonia was by far one of the best realtors that I have ever worked with.
