Kelsey is super-knowledgeable about the Wood River Valley, and all that is happening in this varied market. Things happen very quickly here, and Kelsey is always on top of it and is very responsive. There is a professional but casual vibe here, which can be difficult to navigate, but Kelsey knows just how to work within all the nuances and keeps her clients in the loop all along the way. I highly recommend Kelsey Bates.

Jenzi is wonderful to work with. She has an amazing sense of the real estate market and is knowledgeable about the entire process. As a first time home buyer she made me feel comfortable with the entire process and was able to guide me to the right place. She is attentive and direct and will listen to what you are asking to find the fit. She made my search for a home and the process incredibly personal and smooth.

Reid was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire purchase process for our Sun Valley condo. We spent months looking for the right place to purchase and could always count on Reid to let us know right away if something popped up that met our search criteria, and then to be available immediately to discuss and provide advice. I’m not someone who ever leaves reviews but I had to because Jenzi is the BEST realtor! She made me feel like I was her only client & she followed up on everything right when I asked her to. She is very knowledgeable & was patient and helpful the whole way through our home buying process (and we didn’t make it easy on her). So if you’re looking for a 5 star realtor, she is it!

Outstanding support from a direct and transparent Reid. He has integrity and was especially responsive answering many questions and helping connect me with local surveyors and engineers with strong local reputations. As with any complex land acquisition, some of the suggestions about likely approvals for various minutia such as re-plating and stream bank improvements we not fully calibrated - but it is fair to say that this detail takes years of experience to build.
