We used Kevin as our realtor this summer and he was such a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about Long Beach and his experience as a contractor made looking for a house easier as he knew what was good construction and what was not. He also helped us with a rental in a short time frame. He found us a great place. I would highly recommend him.

After an unpleasant experience with an “expert” realtor in the area, I ended up asking Kevin to help me find a new home. I had met him at an open house I went to on my own and he wasn’t pushy, seemed honest and knowledgeable. Before recently selling our co-op, Kevin was the contractor who helped us renovate our kitchen and then eventually our bathroom, and to say we were thrilled with the outcome of both is an understatement. Then a house that I have always liked in the neighborhood went up for sale by owner. Kevin is the best. Hands down. He has your best interest in mind, knows the area better than anyone and manages his own contracting business - which means he can tell you what repairs, maintenance and/or remodeling is going to cost on the spot to help you budget. If you are looking for a realtor (or a contractor for that matter) in the Long Beach area you would make a mistake not to work with Kevin.
