The single most challenging Real Estate Transaction in my life - and I have had quite a few. I will never enable dual brokerage representation again - even when the Brokerage comes highly recommended. Its as if this was the first transaction ever the brokerage, lenders, title agency (all of whom were recommended by the brokerage) had tried to execute and there were multiple misses and delays by every one of them along the way. Very knowledgeable about the local market, respectful, and responsive. Worked well with other agent. Provided good advice on comparable sales. Priced home at just the right amount. Excellent photography service for listing. Provided easily executed Docusign disclosures and agreements. Even put out the garbage in our absence. Best of the best!

Maryland was the best to work with! I am so happy with my purchase. She was easy to communicate with and was responsive in a timely manner. In addition, she was able to negotiate with the listing agent and seller in order for my needs to be met. Maryland paid close attention to deadlines and timelines so I didn’t have to. And in turn everything went smoothly. I can tell that she loves Sun Valley and wants to make the home buying process stress free and enjoyable.
Maryland is the best! Helped me purchase a fantastic condo in a very competitive market in Spring 2021. She is an excellent communicator and very easy to get along with. She has extensive knowledge regarding the local market and isn’t afraid to steer her client away from a property that is not the best suited for them.
