I was just chasing windmills when I stumbled upon a property that seemed perfect! Indeed it was, so perfect I ended up in a bidding war with a developer...and while the developer won, Kent provided exceptional service every step of the way and helped me understand how to be competitive. I highly recommend Kent! He grew up in the Wood River Valley, ski racing and exploring every nook and cranny there . As a buyer and a seller, I have been very impressed with Kent’s hard work and determination to help me out. He’s extremely personable and easy to work with! Thumbs up all the way!

Reid was excellent. I’m sure what made him a good fighter pilot; focus, candor and flexibility has helped make him an excellent real estate broker. Reid gave me honest and direct advice when he could have simply made a sale. Instead he told us the home we wanted (and he ultimately helped us get) was better even when it wasn’t available.
