I was very impressed with Bob throughout out entire real estate deal. I felt like I had a ton of questions during the new home buying process and he was patient and also extremely responsive. Bob was a joy to work with and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. I am happy to say that I would use Bob again and look forward to the next time we work together.

Bob helped me and my wife find our first home together. He was very knowledgeable and got us a great house at a good price. He was very personable and explained every step so we always knew what was taking place during our buying a house. I will use him next time as well.

Kevin is the go to guy for everything in Long Beach and the surrounding area. He knows the market, what different neighborhoods are like at all in and off season (“at 2 in the morning they place is a zoo” actual quote ). He also knows the restoration business, so if that place you like needs a new kitchen, you can get a good sense of what will be involved working with Kevin. You can’t go wrong using Kevin on any deal.

Awesome agent, actually consulted with me during renovation of my rental, gave me tips on what was really important to prospective tenants and what not so much. She got my place rented in 3 days, super professional, contacted before all showings and got me an awesome tenant. I highly recommend Tonia, for any real estate need, I have worked with a lot of the rest, glad I finally got to work with the best!!

Adam was highly professional, ethical, responsive and effective. He sold our home for well above asking price in just three days. He handled a bidding war with grace and the utmost integrity, despite the fact that one of the bidders was his own client. He took special care to ensure that all offers were presented to us in a neutral manner so as to be fair to all bidders. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell!
