Hello! We were absolutely disappointed with the customer service we received by a representative of ESP. They came house-to-house to sell solar panels in McFarland, CA. They came along with an individual representing LOANPAL. They made my parents feel comfortable and like they cared -- 30 minutes later, they had my father sign a loan agreement. If you're looking for solar, I advise you go in a different direction. They installed panels on my home 2 months ago and the system still isn't operational. They never call with any updates, you have to initiate all contact yourself. Even then, you won't ever talk to anyone who can tell you what's going on. They all say "we'll put in a note to the project manager." I've never spoken to this mysterious project manager. We signed a contract with ESP in November 2019. The panels went up in December 2020. ESP came back twice, removed all the panels and replaced them. Two times this happened! Over several months. We called many, many times to try to find out what was going on. We were promised call backs, which almost never happened! When we did get an answer it was they were sourcing the parts. I can't believe that the same company that installed solar on my home is the same one being written about in some of these other reviews. From start to finish I felt like I was well communicated with and am very happy. Brad is a rockstar and even sent us a box of chocolate covered strawberries the day our panels were installed.

After 4 years, no operation. We HV panels that don't work. They demanded $26,000. After loan with mosiaic faulted. They threatened us with lien. Took us to arbitration, low and be hold. We won. We owe them nothing. BEWARE.. they used unlicensed sales reps, unlicensed installers, there contract was not valid. Re: alliance arbitration com. Found all this out. Now we HV panels , not working still connected to jumper cables. Stay far away from this company.. anyone interested in class action?

Working with ESP was great. The sales rep was very knowledgable, the installers were respectful, & they got my system turned on in less than 30 days from signed contract. Highly recommended!!

Do not do business with this company. They are scam artists. I am trying to close on the house and needed a proof of payment.I sent copies of the check receipts from two years ago. They said that the receipts are not acceptable . They needed the check itself .No bank keeps this info for only 6 months. Project was initiated in June 1 of 2018 and finished in October 18 of 2018. Now they are blocking the sale of the house. No lien was ever placed against the home by anyone.Due to the statute of limitations of 2 years now they w... read more

Worst experience in dealing with this company. Purchased solar from them for the grand total of 90k dollars in April 2019. They were scheduled to be done by June first with payments starting in August. We are now in November and they are not complete. Be very cautious when choosing a solar company and do not use this one. When solar panels go up any loans are funded regardless of whether the system is operational. I would not recommend this company at all. Not a very organized company. Had project managers that were so inept; almost to point of stupid. So frustrating to deal with people who know very little and can't keep up with what they need to complete. First off, several different people called at the beginning to schedule the installation review of the house and yet had already had it scheduled from another so-called PM.
