This company has taken over a month to complete my solar panel job. I am already paying for the job, and wires are hanging off my property. I've hired other companies to achieve similar jobs, and everything was streamlined. I talked to their representative, and I was told that this is the best they could do. Assuming accuracy in this sentiment, you would be best suited to pursue the job elsewhere.
This company doses solar installations! The installers and the inspectors are fine and friendly. They answered all questions I asked mostly. They were on time and did their job quick and clean. The problem was the entire office staff were terrible. The salesman even quite as soon as my sake was done. I tried to call and get some information from them. They never called me back. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE AS A CONSUMER, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Where do I begin on my horrible journey with ESP... I was assigned this installer through the Solar Sales company I used to purchase my panels. In the beginning, it all seemed to be going according to plan. This company is the worst. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ever got involved with ESP. My panels are on the roof, the electrical panel has been upgraded and approved by the City of Los Angeles, the electrician checked the panels for connectivity before he left the job, DWP has installed the new meter and provided Proof of Operation on July 22, 2021 so we are ready to start sending power to the grid. I am a very dissatisfied customer of ESP and I feel all of us that have had a horrible experience dealing with this company should ban together against this company. I have been waiting for three weeks now for someone from their so called warranty department to contact me and come fix my system. I wish I hadn't gotten solar. But when the sales representatives came out they really pulled the wool over my eyes and every other sentence out of their mouths was a complete lie!!!!!!

Please read my entire review to the end as I have been updating it. In our honest and respectful opinion our experience with Energy Service Partners has been awful. They did damage to our home including drilling though the outside walls and into the inside walls damaging, puncturing and fracturing the interior walls of our home. Our interior walls are plaster, not sheet rock, so the repairs will be costly in addition to paying for plaster work we must also paint the room and eaves that were damaged. Everybody involved tried very hard to do their best and I was very appreciative of that, if I may make a brief comment with regards to the system I think it's a little bit complex because it involves multiple people some of them from different companies it could be streamline a little bit more maybe but the employees were fabulous

Worse company to get solar panel monitoring and start up. I'm still waiting for my solar panels to begin to start working. I've been waiting for ESP to start my service since mid February 2021 and nothing yet. ESP received PTO at the end of February 2021 but have yet to come out to my home and do what they were contracted to do hmmmm very disappointed...
