This people are liars don't believe them. I happen to to tell you this from experience when we first met saying he needed to see my electricity bill to know what was our average electricity usage and to also check what were our monthly payments then he said that we are legible for a better deal with these solar panels promised us replacement of windows and three months of free service though as soon as the installment people came they drilled some stuff for the panels and when drilling made holes through the other side and i... read more

We have investigated the situation for you. If your sales rep made any promises about anything that was not listed on your solar installation contract, please reach out to them. ESP does not install windows or offer free services. We also investigated the installation of the system, and nothing we did would have possibly caused holes inside your home. I think this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They gave me a date that they would be finished and that came and gone. I got involved in the permit process to try and speed up the time frame and I got them the city permit 3 weeks ahead of time for them and then they told me they were trying to get approval from edison, which at minimum it takes 30 days for edison to respond. I was told I would not have to pay for edison and a solar bill in the same month, which was not true either. I could go on and on. The... read more

We do not sell solar and do not make any claims about taxes, in fact the homeowner agreement you signed states "CUSTOMER may be eligible for a federal solar investment tax credit, but CUSTOMER acknowledges that eligibility for this tax credit is not guaranteed. I had 37 panels installed in the beginning of 2020 and when they turned them on, they only turned 16 out of the 37 panels on and now so far my true up bill is over $3000. I have been calling ESP since the beginning on November to try and get a credit for 21 panels that I've been paying for 8 months and can keep getting the run around. How is it the customer fault they they didn't turn on all the 37 panels when they turned on the system.
