I was scheduled for an endoscopy at 2pm. When you schedule your appointment, you are not told that you should arrive 45 minutes before your actual scheduled appointment. This is counterintuitive, however can be considered patient error. I arrived around 1:45 thinking I was early for my appointment but received a call at that time telling me that I was late for my procedure. Everyone was very professional the procedure went smoothly.
From the receptionist to the nurses to the recovery staff, they are all friendly, reassuring and professional! And of course, Dr. Julie is the best!
I went in for a colonoscopy and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The entire process was like a well oiled machine and I had no issues with the procedure, the doctors, or the nurses. Overall a very good experience for something that no one likes to do.
